Part 01

Do you have unhealthy habits?

I would say yes. Most of the time I bite my lips and I have noticed it happens when I am stressed. Further, I smoke Cigarettes and have a beer almost once a week.

Do you have healthy habits?

I always eat clean and healthy food and try to avoid junk food like pizza, burgers, and bread. Moreover, I have been going to the gymnasium for a long time. If not I do regular workouts at home.

For you what is the most important thing to keep your body fit?

As far as I concern, Eating clean food and avoiding junk food are the most important things. Because It reduces the risk of developing diseases like Diabetics and Cholesterol etc. It prevents fatness also.

Part 02

Describe an illness experience you had

I am going to talk about a motor accident which I faced a couple of months ago and occurred dangerous injuries. It was the day I realized dying is the most horrible experience in our lives. I exactly thought I would die on that day.

My best friend was driving to his place when a big lorry crashed into our vehicle. At the same time, I lost consciousness and was taken to the hospital by some people on the road. After two days I regain consciousness and then only I noticed that I was broken four bones in my body. Doctors recommended for me to do one operation to get me back to normal and I went through it. It goes without saying that, I had extreme pain in my entire body. I had been staying in the hospital for almost 7 days. I continued medicine and painkillers and exercises also.

After discharge from the hospital, I could not do my work properly and walked tediously. However, with time I completely recovered and credit goes to my physical therapist. After this experience, I realized the validity of being stronger. This experience made me help those who are sick whenever I see them.

Part 03

How do encourage people to stay healthy?

In my point of view, the media plays the biggest role in this matter. The media should educate people about healthy food. Nevertheless, It is really pathetic that the media promotes a lot of junk food. Another thing is the government can motivate people by providing reasonable prices on sports teams, Gyms, etc.

As you think about how to get rid of addiction?

In my opinion, mental support should be given to friends and relatives. Can be taken professional medical help too. I completely think 90% of this is in mind. 

Do people have to more consider their health when they become older?

Obviously yes. In middle age, someone can drink liquor and smoke without any damage to the body. But when we get older more damage can be happened as doctors mention. So that our body is needed attention and carelessness. For instance, it is better if you could do a full body check-up at least once a year.
